GENERAL SESSIONS Join Pennsylvania Department of Health, Pennsylvania Office of Long-Term Living, and PACAH for policy updates on what matters most to you. Receive timely information on the operations of DOH as it relates to surveys and licensing, and how it can impact your facility. Stay on top of current iniatives undertaken by OLTL, and learn more about the state budget, status of rate payments, and other issues impacting fiscal operations. Join in on the discussion as PACAH’s board and executive director guide you through policy, legislation and budget iniatives that will have a direct impact on your facility. KEYNOTE SPEAKER Jake Poore is an international speaker, author, and culture transformation consultant. As faculty for the American College of Healthcare executives and a former Disney Leader, Jake is the leading expert on creating world-class employee and patient experiences. In 1996, Jake helped launch the Disney Institute, the external training arm of Disney that sold its business secrets to the world. In 2001, Jake launched Integrated Loyalty Systems, a company on a mission to help elevate the human side of healthcare.

All other conference activities are suspended during the vendor show in order to allow adequate time for you to meet with exhibitors without missing educational sessions.
