Procedure

o A penalty kick is awarded if a player commits a direct free kick offense inside their penalty area or off the field as part of play

o Ball must be stationary on the penalty marko Player taking the kick must be properly

identifiedo Hand the ball to player taking kick

o Goalkeeper must be on goal line between goal posts and facing kicker until ball is kicked

Procedure

o Players other than kicker and goalkeepero 10 yards from and behind penalty mark

o Inside field of play and outside penalty area

o Referee whistles for penalty kick to be takeno Referee whistles for penalty kick to be takeno Ball must be kicked forward to be in playo Kicker can’t play the ball again until it has
