Requirements for Ad Clearance• All Advertising must be approved by ASHP
• Creative is required for testing 5 days in advance for website banner ads
• Creative is required for testing two weeks prior to deployment for eTOC/NewsLink banner ads
Digital CancellationsIn accordance with AAA/IAB Standard Terms and Conditions for Internet Advertising, Impression Based Campaigns (via CPM) require a 14-day written notice, prior to the start of the campaign, to avoid a penalty. (For example, if advertiser cancels the CPM based order five days prior to the scheduled start date, the advertiser will be responsible for nine days of those scheduled ad impressions.) Flat-Fee or sponsored programs require a minimum of 30 days written notice of cancellation to avoid penalties.
