ADMISSION INFORMATION: A meeting badge is required for entrance into the Midyear Music Festival. Event admission is included in the full registration price only. Additional event badges are $75 and must be purchased at the Ticket Sales counter in the Registration area (Hall E, Lower Level) for guests, exhibitors, or one-day meeting attendees by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5.

Meeting/Event badges are nontransferable. There are no refunds for this event. Guests must be 18 years of age or older with proper ID.
