All equipment, including laptops, must remain in the room at all mes. Those wishing to rent other equipment, such as wireless microphones, may do so at their own expense through the hotel AV company (contact informaon will be given if your proposal is chosen). If using a power point presentaon, presenters must provide NASW-AR with a copy of the presentaon by March 3, 2017.
