The winners, who were randomly drawn from a pool of ratepayers who paid their 2017-18 rates in full by 13 September, each had the opportunity to choose a mystery prize package ranging in value from $1,050 to $5,000 from the total prize of $19,000. Winning the $5,000 Bendigo Bank major prize – which included a $2,500 overseas holiday, $1,500 spending money, and a $1,000 Bendigo Bank cash account – was Henrietta Kretschmer from Lancelin. Attending the event on her behalf was her daughter Jenna Knox who made the lucky pick. Shire Hosts Early Rates Incentive Prize Night Ten lucky winners of the Shire of Gingin’s Early Rates Incentive Scheme Competition received their prize packages at a celebratory event at CU@Park Restaurant in Gingin last week.
