Cycle Stretch
Join Pam Moberg for a great cardiovascular workout
during this indoor cycling class. We will pedal through hill
climbs, sprints, and various other challenging intervals and
drills with upbeat motivating music to keep those pedals
spinning! Then we will finish with a relaxing cycling
specific stretch. All levels welcome!

everything from cardio, strength, core, plyometrics,
circuits, and intervals using a variety of equipment
including steps, bosu balls, stability balls, spin bikes,
weights, TRX, and more!

New to working out, or has it been a while? Are you
intimidated by the gym or just unsure how to perform
certain exercises? This is the perfect class to get you
comfortable with the gym. You will learn the basics
including proper form, and the best way to get the best
