Terms and DiscountsAgency commission (display ads only) is 15%. To qualify for the discounts, ad files must be made to Good Fruit Grower specifications (visit goodfruit.com, then click Advertising/Media Guide). Publisher-set ads are noncommissionable. Invoices billed at net rate, due 30 days from invoice date. Net discount 2% if paid within 10 days of invoice. Interest of 1.5% per month charged on overdue accounts. Accounts not paid within 90 days of invoice will be turned over to collections; advertiser/agency agrees to pay all collection/agency fees and expenses including any applicable legal fees.
Cancellations or changes in orders are not accepted after an issue closing date. A previous ad will be inserted for contracted advertisers whose new ad copy is not received by the closing date.
