discussion about a real estate market correction. We are constantly

raise prices to cover the increased costs: Our rates are determined by
government. Without the partnership and support o government,

resources necessary to address the needs o the people who depend
on us. We need to be able to pay our staff a living wage commensurate
with their training and skill.
What does it take to be good at your job: Mucho my job involves keeping a lot o plates spinning that and managing risk and opportunity, ofenbased on limited inormation. Its helpul or meto stay balanced and to remember that no matter
