    you already know. The world aint all sunshine and

    rainbows. Its a very mean and nasty place, and I

    let it. You, me or nobody is gonna hit as hard as lie.

    But it aint about how hard ya hit. Its about how

    hard you can get hit and keep moving orward. How much you can take

    and keep moving orward. Thats how winning is done! Now, i you

    know what youre worth, then go out and get what youre worth. But

    ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing ingers saying you

    aint where you wanna be because o him, or her or anybody! Cowards

    do that and that aint you! Youre better than that!

    and I thought that being a social studies teacher

    Silverman, one o my partners at G4 and a

    mentor to me, when I was only 24 years old

    conversations we had. He had given me the

    invaluable advice to never compare your

    success to others and only measure yoursel

    against your own goals. This advice has kept

    me very ocused and it has helped me to get

    where I am today.
