BundaleerRainforestGardenscurrentlyisnotalicensedvenue,weareunabletosupplyalcoholandencourageyoutobringyourown.Pleasebeawarethatwearemindfulofourliquorlicensingresponsibilities,andareunabletosupplyliquortodisorderly,undulyintoxicatedandunderagepersons.Patronsshowingsignsofundueintoxicationordisorderlybehaviourwillberefusedserviceandmaybeaskedtoleavethepremises.1.TentativeBookingsandDeposits

Tentativebookingswillbeheldfor7daysonly.Thedateisonlyconfirmedwhenadepositof$1100isreceivedtogetherwithasignedbookingform.Wereservetherighttocancelyourtentativebookingandallocatethevenuetoanotherclientifthedepositisnotreceivedwithin7days.

Anon-refundabledepositof$1000willbedeductedoffthetotalpriceofyourfunction.2.Cancellations

3.ForceMajeure

Bundaleerwillnotbeliableforanyfailure,defaultordelaycausedbyaneventsuchasactsofGod,fire,flood,stormorthreats/actsofviolencethatoccurbeyondthereasonablecontrolofBundaleer.Intheeventofaforcemajeure,noticewillbeprovidedassoonasreasonablypracticableandtherewillbenofurtherliabilitytoyouinrelationtothefunctionnorwilltherebeanyfurtherfundspayablebyyouinrelationtothefunction.Allmoneypaidbyyoutothedateoftheforcemajeurewillberefundedtoyou.Bundaleerisnotresponsibleforanyadditionalcostsincurredorforconsequentiallossofanynature.4.ChildrenandMinors

Allchildrenmustbestrictlysupervisedandremainwithparentsorguardiansatalltimesduringthefunction.Noliabilitywillbetakenwithregardstothepool,creekorpondatBundaleer.Childrenmustbesupervisedatalltimesaroundthis.

5.PaymentandFinalNumbers

Finalpaymentisrequired21dayspriortothefunctioninadditiontofinalnumbersandmenuselection.Thiswillbetheminimumnumberchargedtoyouraccount.Finalnumbersaretobeconfirmed21dayspriortoyourfunction.Paymentcanbemadebycheque,directcreditorbycreditcard.(pleasenotea2%surchargewillapplytoallcreditcardtransactions).6.Surcharges

Functionsonapublicholidaywillattracta20%surcharge.ExtensionoftimePOA.7.Insurance/Damages

Thehirerisresponsibleforanylossordamageinflictedonthevenueorequipmentduringtheperiodofhire.Allbreakagesmustbepaidfor.BundaleerRainforestGardensiscarefulwhenlookingafteritsguestsandtheirbelongingshowever,wecannotacceptresponsibilityforthelossordamagetoanypropertyofthehirerorthehirer’sguestsduringtheperiodofthehire.8.Price

Bundaleerusesanin-houseDJonlyandpermissionneedstobesoughtforotherlivemusicians.Acostof$50willbeaddedforoutsidemusiciansforreception.10.Smoking
