Finding 1 & 2: Curriculum Programming • Teaching programs are fixed
and based predominately on content delivery.
• Teaching programs need to encourage innovative pedagogy.
• Teaching courses offered address the needs of students.
Findings 3 & 4: Teaching and Learning• Staff collaboration can increase
to enable greater sharing of ideas and resources.
Finding 5: Assessment and Reporting• School and system data can be
leveraged to improve practice and learning.
• Greater evidence-based self reflection.
Finding 6: Faculty Management• Staffroom space can be better
organised for greater wellbeing and collaboration
• ICT usage to be cornerstone to be a cornerstone.

Collaboratively develop high quality teaching programs/resources to increase student engagement and improve learning outcomes

• Q4 2015 – programs, scope & sequences redesigned.
• 2016 – collect feedback from redesigned programs.
• 2016-8 – teachers commence depositing newly created resources via a cloud solution.
• 2017-8 – refine programs based on feedback collected from staff and students, as well as assessment data.
• 2017-8 – Stage 6 “Australian Curriculum” syllabus readiness.

• 2015-6 – migration of some administrative data to OneDrive for Business.
• 2016-7 – SharePoint Online launched by DoE, migration of data to SharePoint Online and/or Yammer. Staff gain proficiency with OneDrive for Business for personal storage.
• 2016 – detailed planning for staffroom refurbishment undertaken.
• Q4 2016 – removal of cabinets and cupboards from windowed side of staffroom corridor. Major cleanup of shelves around photocopier “dead end”.
• 2017-8 – refurbishment underway. Plan for Textbook Storage Room refurbishment.
