Exhibit spaces will be assigned at the discretion of TPGA
with careful consideration to matters relating to the suc-
cessful conduct of exhibits. Top-level sponsors will be
assigned premier exhibit spaces as per the Sponsorship
Prospectus. We cannot guarantee your booth placement
and will try to avoid placing direct competitors immediately
next to or directly across from each other. Companies do
not have to be members of the association to exhibit.

MEDIA DISTRIBUTIONMaximize your marketing effort by inserting a flyer
in each attendee registration packet for a fee of
$250 for exhibitors. Collateral cannot be larger than
8.5” x 11” and no more than 1 page. Printing on
front and back is permitted. TPGA reserves the
right to refuse inappropriate materials. Inserts must
be pre-approved. Upon approval, we will notify you
with the shipping address, quantity needed and
receiving deadline. TPGA staff will place your
collateral in each attendee’s registration packet.

Booth Information-Exhibits must conform to the professional environment of
the meeting, and all display materials, equipment, etc.
MUST fit within the boundaries of exhibit space.
-Exhibit personnel must operate so that traffic in aisles is not
impeded.
-Sight lines to other exhibitors MUST NOT be blocked.
-TABLETOP spaces: ALL materials, equipment, compon-
ents, etc. MUST FIT on the table provided.
-Programs or presentations MUST be confined to the rear of
the booth to eliminate congestion in the aisles. TPGA
reserves the right to determine at what point sound consti-
tutes interference with others and whether it must be
discontinued.
-If there is an official meeting activity taking place, including
educational activities, exhibit viewing, or social activity,
exhibitors REFRAIN from hosting activities during those
times.
-Exhibitor identification on all signs, graphics & literature
must be the company name submitted on the Exhibitor
Contract.
-Exhibits must be assembled and dismantled safely.
-Expo location is the Location, Exhibit Halls D & E.
-Materials used in the exhibit must be flame retardant in
accordance with the Fire Ordinances of the City of Fort
Worth, TX.
-Electrical equipment must conform to the electrical codes of
the City of Fort Worth, TX.
Exhibitor Staff Conduct-Names of all participants affiliated with exhibits must appear
on the corresponding company staff list sent to show
registration. False certification of individuals as exhibitor’s
representatives, misuse of exhibitor badges, or any other
method assisting unauthorized persons access to the exhibit
floor will be just cause for expelling the violator from the
exhibition or barring him/her from further entrance to the
exhibit floor, or removing his/her exhibit from the exhibit floor
without obligation on the part of TPGA for refund of fees.
-The person who signs the contract, or a designee, shall be
the exhibitor’s official representative.
-Interviews, demonstrations and the distribution of literature
must be made within the booth area assigned to the exhibitor.
Canvassing or distributing advertising materials, or product/
service demonstrations beyond the parameters of the exhib-
itor’s own booth or in any Show contracted hotel will not be
allowed. Such actions by non-exhibitors are also strictly
prohibited.
-Exhibitors are prohibited from posting signs relating to
exhibits or any company activity outside the parameter of the
exhibitor’s own booth. Violators may be sanctioned.
-Nothing must be pasted, tacked, nailed, screwed
or otherwise affixed to columns, walls, floors,
ceiling or other parts of the building. All exhibits
must be within the booth area assigned.
-Exhibitor badges may be picked up onsite by the
individual. Badges are required for all conference/
expo events. After the close of pre-registration all
additions or changes to badges must be made
onsite. Any fees associated with change(s) TO
BE PAID ONSITE.
-Exhibitor is responsible for the loss or damage of
its goods, materials, displays, and equipment.
LiabilityExhibitor hereby releases TPGA, the Location,
contractors, and employees from any and all
claims, demands, causes of action or liability of
any kind for injury or damages to persons or
property that we may now or in the future have,
known or unknown, arising directly or indirectly
out of attendance at or participation in the 2016
Crossroads Expo. Exhibitor further agrees to
indemnify and defend TPGA, the Location, and
their agents, contractors, employees and hold
them harmless, no matter what the cause or
claim, from and against any lawsuits, claims
including attorney’s fees and other costs, actions
of liability arising out of, or its connection with this
waiver of liability or its participation in the 2016
TPGA Crossroads Expo.
CancellationsCancellations received in writing by July 1, 2016
will be refunded 50% of their pre-paid exhibitor
fee. NO REFUNDS will be given after this date.
Refunds will be issued after August 3, 2016.
Exhibitor Guest PolicyGuests of exhibitors should be included on the
individual company’s staff list. Charges for addi-
tional booth personnel over the number included
with purchase of exhibit space apply. An exhibitor
MAY NOT register as booth personnel any per-
son eligible for registration as a meeting
attendee.
PhotographyShow Management reserves the right to
photograph exhibits for society purposes.
