Dear RouteMatch Users and Friends,

Welcome to Fall in Atlanta, and thank-you for generously sparing your time to attend our 2015 User Conference. I hope you take advantage of the inten-sive program we have prepared for you and also get to know the team of 150 passionate individuals at RouteMatch. Every one of us are proud to host you.

This year, we have more than 75 sessions to offer for learning and digging deeper into our technology. Our clients tell us repeatedly that the knowledge gleaned from these sessions, over meals and in the hallway, is unprecedented. This knowledge can be immediately applied and shared upon your return home to your agency.

Knowledge sharing helps us, too! I never cease to be astonished by the creativity and advice you give to help us stretch and improve our technology plat-form and processes. The many new functionalities you will experience and preview over the course of these next few days originate from your wisdom.

Our theme this year is “transformation”. To say changes in transit and technology have been exciting to watch is an understatement. We have been fortunate to observe, contribute and sometimes, don the hat of being mavericks in changing transit technology. We started focusing on ADA compliance. Then, generating operational insights, cost savings, and efficiencies. We followed with providing greater vehicle intelligence and pushing the market to adopt more affordable in vehicle technology. Fast forward 15 years, and we are concentrating on how to encourage riders (your customers) to stay loyal to transit. We are challenging ourselves (and you) to make transit even more convenient and meaningful to your riders’ lives and community.

Transformation has also occurred at RouteMatch in a different way. Some people you have previously met or worked with have taken different responsibili-ties within our company. New people have also joined, infusing fresh ways to bring even more value to your riders and operations. The positive energy that stems from this cross pollination is truly exhilarating.

Yet through these transformations, our DNA has never changed. We are “family” and strong roots prevail. We work hard toward excellence and raising the bar. These are core values that remain steadfast. We hope your experience at the User Conference reflects these values. Please learn, network, and have fun while here.

I thank you again, and look forward to seeing you. Please don’t hesitate to chat with me at any time during the conference.

My best wishes,

Bahman IrvaniCEO, RouteMatch Software
