Dear Fellow Farmers,As owner of an independent seed company I take pride in the fact that I am only a phone call away from you, the customer. It is important to me that you are satisfied with the products that I provide. Independence allows Tracy Seeds to offer a vast range of genetics and traits. I consider all of our customers a part of the Tracy Seeds family and invite you to visit our office anytime.
Josh H. TracyOwner/CEO
Our HistoryTracy and Son Farms, Inc started in 1935 near Madison, Wisconsin on 3.5 acres that produced 138 bushel hybrid seed corn. In 1938 Robert Tracy moved his operation to Rock County renting 560 acres. Currently Tracy and Son Farms own over 2300 acres and farms over 3000 acres. Tracy and Son Farms also operate a small trucking service.
Tracy Seeds resumed seed sales in 2005 and is owned by Robert’s grandson Josh Tracy. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality of hand selected corn, soybeans, wheat, alfalfa & oat varieties. Your success is our success and is our main focus, “Let’s Grow Together.”
Tracy Seeds has transformed from a contract conditioner to marketing the Tracy’s brand in seed corn and soybeans. We treat a variety of products; ask us about custom treating and packaging.
Our Mission: To provide high quality products
and exceptional service at a fair price.

Hybrids with the Agrisure® GT (GT) trait provide excellent tolerance to in-crop applications of glyphosate-based herbicides.
Agrisure Artesian® GTA (GTA) technology combines Agrisure Artesian water optimization technology with Agrisure® GT for tolerance to in-crop applications of glyphosate-based herbicides.
The Agrisure® CB/LL (CBLL) trait has been providing season-long control or suppression of damaging insects for more than a decade—helping hybrids reach their maximum yield potential. Hybrids containing the Agrisure CB/LL trait provide season-long control or suppression of insects as well as glufosinate tolerance.
Agrisure® GT/CB/LL (GTCBLL) trait stack combines protection from corn borer with both glyphosate and glufosinate tolerance.
Agrisure® 3000GT (3000GT) offers glyphosate and glufosinate tolerance as well as protection from corn borer and corn rootworm.
The Agrisure Viptera® 3110 (Viptera 3110) trait stack delivers unsurpassed control of the multi-pest complex for areas where rootworm management is not a key focus.
The Agrisure Viptera® 3111 (Viptera 3111) trait stack provides growers with unsurpassed multi-pest control of 16 above-and below-ground pests.
Hybrids containing the Agrisure® 3122 E-Z Refuge® (3122 E-Z Refuge) trait stack offer growers the benefits of a 5% integrated, single-bag refuge featuring two modes of action against corn borer and corn rootworm.
The Agrisure Duracade™ 5222 E-Z Refuge® trait stack is a 5 percent integrated, single-bag refuge product, combining the Agrisure Duracade trait with the trusted Agrisure® RW trait for dual modes of action against corn rootworm; the Agrisure CB/LL trait for control of corn borer; the Herculex® I trait for an additional mode of action against corn borer and broad lepidopteran control; the Agrisure GT trait for glyphosate tolerance; and the Agrisure Viptera® trait for breakthrough control of the multi-pest complex, a collection of the most destructive lepidopteran corn pests. The Agrisure Duracade 5222 E-Z Refuge trait stack offering is unmatched in pest control, consistency and yield potential.
Roundup Ready® Corn 2 (RR2) contains in-plant tolerance to Roundup® brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray Roundup® brands over the top, from planting through the V8 stage or 30-inch corn height, with excellent crop safety and no yield reduction. Compared to popular conventional corn programs, the Roundup Ready® Corn 2 system costs less, while allowing hybrids to reach their maximum yield potential. While the U.S. regulatory agencies have given full approval to Roundup Ready® Corn 2 for commerce in the U.S. for marketing and consumption as food, food ingredients and feed for livestock, certain regulatory approvals are pending in certain export markets. For more information on these approvals, or for assistance in locating domestic grain outlets, see the American Seed Trade Association web site (www.amseed.org) or contact Monsanto directly at 800-768-6387.
YieldGard® Corn Borer with Roundup Ready® Corn 2 (CBRR) offers growers all the benefits of both traits combined in one crop. This hybrid exhibit the same insect protection qualities as well as Roundup Ready Corn 2 tolerance to over-the-top applications of Roundup agricultural herbicides. Managing this stacked traits requires a grower to follow the recommended management practices associated with corn containing each individual trait. Growers of this stacked trait hybrids must follow the same guidelines for establishing a refuge. Growers should refer to Monsanto’s Technology Use Guide for information on crop stewardship and regarding the potential movement of pollen to neighboring crops.

Genuity® SmartStax® RIB Complete® Corn Blend (StaxRIB) has 5% refuge corn seed in every bag. That means no calculating or planting a separate structured refuge ever again. No more separate, structured refuge. Simple and convenient. Fence row-to-fence row planting, thanks to single-bag solution. 95/5 blend – plant the most traited acres. Broadest spectrum of above- and below-ground insect protection on traited acres.
Genuity® VT Double PRO® (VT2Pro) corn is the first double-stacked corn trait with dual modes of action against above ground insects and maximum protection against corn earworm. Losing just 3 kernels per ear can equal 1 lost bushel per acre, so protect your yield with Genuity® VT Double PRO®.
Genuity® VT Triple PRO® (VT3Pro) Years of product testing and research have led us to Genuity® VT Triple PRO® corn, the industry’s first dual mode-of-action above-ground insect protection in corn which is stacked with below-ground insect protection and Roundup Ready 2 Technology®. Two or more insect proteins—expressed in the same plant—prove highly effective against target insects such as corn borers or corn earworm add significant value to Insect Resistance Management (IRM). Genuity® VT Triple PRO® Corn provides a broader spectrum of insect control against corn earworm, corn borer and fall armyworm, resulting in higher yield potential and better grain quality. Genuity® VT Triple PRO® Corn also gives farmers in the South the opportunity to reduce their refuge acres (50% to 20%), which can increase profitability on the farm.
Herculex® I Insect Protection (Hx1) gives full-plant protection all season long against European corn borer, western bean cutworm and a broad spectrum of other yieldrobbing pests. All Herculex® I hybrids contain LibertyLink® technology, making them resistant to over-the-top applications of Liberty® herbicide.
Herculex® XTRA (HXT) Insect Protection combines Herculex® I Insect Protection and Herculex® RW Rootworm Protection for powerful protection above- and belowground. Its whole-plant protection works all season long and shields your corn unlike any other trait. And Herculex® XTRA is the first to offer a Quad-Stack™ trait. This powerful trait stacks Herculex® XTRA with Roundup Ready® Corn 2 and LibertyLink® technologies for unequaled insect protection and flexible herbicide tolerance.
Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® soybeans were developed through extensive gene mapping that identified specific DNA regions in soybeans that have a positive impact on yield. Using advanced insertion and selection technologies, the Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® gene is situated in one of these high-yield DNA regions to deliver high yield potential. Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® soybean seed and any product of a Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® soybean seed or crop can only be exported to, or used, processed or sold in countries where all necessary regulatory approvals have been granted. It is a violation of national and international law to move material containing biotech traits across boundaries into nations where import is not permitted.
LibertyLink® soybeans with Liberty® herbicide is the most reliable management solution for weeds resistant to glyphosate and multiple herbicide classes. LibertyLink soybean varieties combine elite genetics and excellent crop safety with built-in tolerance to the powerful, postemergence weed control of Liberty. High-yielding LibertyLink soybean varieties are available in a range of maturities. Liberty herbicide, applied over the top of LibertyLink soybean varieties, provides powerful control of broadleaf and grass weeds, including weeds resistant to glyphosate and multiple herbicide classes.

BENEFITS OF NEW SEEDConvenience
• High quality and high yield potential product vs. bin-run• Reliable seed supply in many maturities
Economics of New Seed vs. Bin-Run• Average loss of ~10–15% cleanout at harvest for bin-run seed• Bin-run planting rates are generally 15% higher than new certified seed
Limited Warranty Benefits• Dealer agronomic support before and after the sale• Risk management benefits of Roundup Rewards®
(over $600 million in benefits paid)New Innovations
• Monsanto’s 100% commitment to agriculture• Our very preliminary estimate is that farmers get a $6 benefit for
each $1 spent on private sector research.

PRESERVING HERBICIDE TECHNOLOGY - Respect the Rotation™ is an initiative to elevate the importance and farmer adoption of herbicide diversity to prevent or manage weed resistance. Glyphosate weed resistance is a dominating threat throughout the U.S. that affects land values, rental agreements, conservation tillage and can greatly reduce yields. Use of Integrated Weed Management practices, such as use of residuals, pre-emergence herbicides and rotation of crops, traits and herbicides, is critical as no one method is likely to be completely successful.
Agrisure®, Agrisure Artesian®, Agrisure Duracade™, Agrisure Viptera® and E-Z Refuge® are trademarks of a Syngenta Group Company. Seed products with the LibertyLink® (LL) trait are resistant to the herbicide glufosinate ammonium, an alternative to glyphosate in corn, and combine high-yielding genetics with the powerful, non-selective, postemergent weed control of Liberty® herbicide for optimum yield and excellent weed control. LibertyLink®, Liberty® and the Water Droplet logo are registered trademarks of Bayer. Caution: Do not spray E-Z Refuge® products with Liberty® or Ignite® Brand Herbicides. Agrisure® Technology incorporated into these seeds is commercialized under license from Syngenta Seeds, Inc.
