Geneviève Daigneault, Carl Bellehumeur, Jessica Fortin, Anne-Marie Landry et Benoît Bourassa-Moreau: Objectifs: Présentation de différents cas contenant des problèmes au niveau de la qualité, avec solutions possibles et interaction avec les pairs qui assistent. (Consultation sur consoles). Discussion et résolution de cas. Éviter artefacts/importance technique d’examen médecine
nucléaire. Résolution de cas clinique sur console.
Présentation des cas cliniques. Trouver les erreurs/problèmes.
Résoudre, trouver des solutions
Sensibiliser les technologues à l'importance du contrôle de la qualité au quotidien en TEP, en
scintigraphie osseuse et en scintigraphie myocardique (acquisition, traitement d'images, contrôle
des paramètres biologiques, etc.). Développer des réflexes pour résoudre des problèmes
fréquents auxquels sont confrontés les technologues en médecine nucléaire générale et en TEP
(ex: artéfacts multiples, examens antérieurs, gestion des glycémies, nécessité d'effectuer une
TDM faible dose, etc.).
Qualité des examens en médecine nucléaire. Présenter les concepts physiques expliquant les artefacts.
