Option 1-Flying Geese

Draw a line on the back of the squares Position a square and sew on the lineTrim, Leaving a ¼ seam allowance

Repeat on the other side.

Make 3 unitswith thisset of fabric

Flip the triangle back to create the rectangle

AND3 1/2” x3 1/2” 3 1/2” x 6 1/2”

Make 2 unitswith thisset of fabric

Sew on the lineTrim Leaving a ¼ seam allowance Flip the triangle back to create the

Make 6 unitswith this set of fabric

Draw a line on the backOf all the light fabric

Cut on the drawnLine for 2 HST

Sew a ¼” seam on bothSides of the line

Press the HST open

Trim using a square rulerWith a diagonal line like shown

Place the diagonal on theSeam as shown. This makesSure you trim it correctly andDon’t lost the shape.

Trim to 3 ½” x 3 ½”

Use the4” x 4”squares
