    5 DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES, TERM AND ELIGIBILITY. Landlord does hereby lease to Tenant, and Tenant doeshereby lease from Landlord, the premises described in paragraph 1 in VISTA DEL CAM! located at 62600Arroyo Drive,Irvie, CA !26"#. Ecept as pro+ided in this Lease,Tenant-sobligation to pay .ent shall contin&e for the entire Term of this Lease &ntil Landlord has been paid all s&ms d&e to it( Tenant and/&arantor recogni0e the premises is designated for enrolled f&lltime &ndergrad&ate and grad&ate st&dents of the *ni+ersity ofCalifornia, Ir+ine and that proof of enrollment m&st be pro+ided by Tenant to Landlord once per academic term( Tenant)s st&dentID 2 m&st be pro+ided in order to +erify enrollment stat&s &nless an eception is re3&ested by Tenant and appro+ed by Landlord,in 4hich case an alternate method of +erifying enrollment m&st be pro+ided by Tenant( 5ail&re to maintain f&lltime enrollmentstat&s and6or pro+ide proof of enrollment once per academic term shall be considered defa&lt of the lease agreement and tenant 4illbe re3&ired to +acate &pon 4ritten notification( Tenant and /&arantor recogni0e that *ndergrad&ate and /rad&ate ho&singg&arantees implemented by the *ni+ersity may impact the ability of the Tenant to reside at Vista del Campo beyond the terms of thelease and there shall be no g&arantee of additional residency beyond the lease end date as o&tlined on page 1 of this agreement(Married Tenants m&st pro+ide a certified marriage license( Tenants in a domestic partnership m&st pro+ide a State of California

    1( RELEASES FROM LEASE. ro+iding Tenant complies 4ith the re3&irements of this aragraph, Landlord shall not&nreasonably deny Tenant a release from this Lease if Tenant grad&ates or 4ithdra4s from the *ni+ersity, is denied admission or isplaced on academic s&spension, or is placed on academic dismissal by the *ni+ersity( Bithin se+en "% days of the effecti+e date ofTenant)s grad&ation, 4ithdra4al, denial of admission, academic s&spension or academic dismissal from the *ni+ersity, Tenant shalls&bmit to Landlord at the VISTA DEL CAM! b&siness office a letter re3&esting a release from the Lease, along 4ithcorrespondence from the *ni+ersity)s .egistrar)s !ffice or Dean)s !ffice confirming Tenant)s grad&ation, 4ithdra4al, denial ofadmission, academic s&spension or academic dismissal from the *ni+ersity( Bithin se+en "% days of receipt of said doc&mentation,Landlord 4ill pro+ide a 4ritten response granting or denying Tenant)s re3&est for a release from this Lease( If Landlord grants the
