HSA Bank Transition On October 24, your HSA banking will transition from JPMorgan

Chase Bank to HSA Bank Replacement debit cards will be sent to your homes mid-

October All balances will automatically be transferred to your new card –

there are no blackout dates Begin using the new card on October 24. The Chase card will

be deactivated at the same time You can still access all account information on mycigna.com If you currently have automatic claim payments with Chase

Bank, you will need to re-enroll after HSA bank transition

New Programs

Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies – Voluntary program for pregnant women that provides incentives for following certain guidelines.

Cancer Support Program – Provides care and support for employees and families touched by cancer.

Personal Health Solutions Plus – Ensures that employees and their dependents receive the most appropriate and cost effective inpatient and outpatient care. Precertification required for certain outpatient procedures and services
