Introduction of YWCT series governor

YWCT series of high hydraulic impact or microcomputer governor consists mainly of three parts, the microcomputer controller, hydraulic servo and the oil pressure devices. The hardware adopts modular construction with the characteristics of highly dependability, compact structure, convenient operation, high liability, fast response time, easy to operate, repair, and expansion, etc.. It is exclusively used in controlling the high water-head power stations and the inclined type water turbine generator units. 

The microcomputer controller adopts the imported programmable logic controller as central control unit, and touch screen as the human-machine friendly interface. The Ethernet, RS232, RS422 or RS485 are used as communication interface. Both AC and DC power supply systems were put into the speed governor, which can transfer into manual operation when the AC or DC functionalities have gone. 

The hydraulic slave system adopts the digital proportional valve to drive hydraulic servomotor directly, without bothering the mechanical lever and

clearing oil pipeline system, solving the traditional problem of components susceptible to jamming because of electro-hydraulic converter. The installation of hydraulic servomotor uses an external form and will be connected with the speed governor directly by pressure tubing. 

The hydraulic device adopts the bladder accumulators that can cancel the high pressure air system to save investment for the power station.

The YWCT type high hydraulic impact or microcomputer governor adopts adaptive variable structure, changing the parameters and parallel PID regulating mode, which can materialize the various operation of the Units such as automatic switch, shut down, frequency modulation, increase or decrease of the load, emergency shut-down etc, all of which can be controlled by the governor from the machine or even remote control. The net frequency adjustment can be automatically traced in no-load condition and quick grid-connection without impulse. This software has strong functions in self diagnosis, fail-safe, fault-tolerant and error correction to ensure the unit’s safe operation. Furthermore, it could configure the color touch screen, improve governor’s water level control and regulate the power according to the user’s needs.

YWT series high hydraulic microcomputer governor consists of microcomputer governor, hydraulic servo and the oil pressure devices.

W(S)T type consists of microcomputer governor and hydraulic servo. The hardware adopts modular construction with the characteristics of highly dependability, compact structure, convenient operation, high liability, fast response time, easy to operate, repair, and expansion, strong ability of resisting oil pollution, etc.. 

Apply to large type Francis turbine generator set, Axial-flow turbine generator set and Tubular turbine generator set.

Introduction of CJWT series governor

CJWT impact type microcomputer governor is the hydraulic microcomputer governor technically designed for the impulse turbine. 

It applies to the regulation and control of both single injector and multinozzle. The hydraulic control part of valve bank of the governor is controlled by unit, high-speed pulse valve controls needle servomotor’s opening, magnetic exchange valve controls deflector and servomotor. The electric control part can join the needle and deflector’s switch automatically, reducing the magnification of hydraulic pressure and movement of lever, stabilizing the operation as well as maintain the simple structure.

Functions of CJWT series governor

The pulse valve use Rexroth series valves. 

The electric control part use programmable logic controller (PLC) as control core, and hard ware speed counter PLC is applied to frequency measurement directly, which promised the safety and
