Valet Required on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for parties over 20 Guests. Valet is provided by Wood Ranch Golf Club at the cost of the client.Please note fees for last minute changes:$150 dollar additional fee for last minute (last minute refers to any changes or additions made after the final count is due) changes to floor plans will be assessed.  More specifically, the fee will be assed when these changes take place.

Any changes to floor plans that require us to bring in different tables, for example, switching out a 65” round to a 72” round

Any changes to the floor plan that would require us to move dance floors, stages, microphone set up, and other AV equipment

Adding more than 3 additional tables which would include round tables, any 6 ft. or 8 ft. tables, squares, etc…

$150 fee will be assessed for any linen brought in by the client if it is not in our possession two days prior to the event

$150 fee will be assessed on top of usual charge for any additions such as wine pouring, cocktail servers, extra bartenders, chef attendant, etc.

Additional charge of $5.00++ per person will be assessed for any increase in count made after the final count is due.  This is in addition to the regular per person price for that particular event…
