APPETIZER PLATTERS A small platter serves 20 people and a large platter serves 30 people.

All platters are non-refillable. Must place banquet orders 10 days prior to event.

OPEN BAROne master tab is created for your group. Charges based on consumption; a 20%

service charge will be added to total beverage tab.

CASH BAR Guests are responsible for their own

beverage purchases and service charge.

LIMITED OPEN BAR Similar to open bar as there is one

master tab; however, group can pre-select alcoholic beverage options to be served, for example, well, house wine

and drafts only. Charges based on consumption; a 20% service charge to

be added to total beverage tab.

TICKET SYSTEM Each guest receives a predetermined number of tickets for open or limited

bar situation. Charges based on tickets used; a 20% service charge to be added

to total beverage tab.

BEVERAGE OPTIONS

PREDETERMINED SET TAB Group to set a predetermined dollar amount to be spent on alcohol. Group can have open or limited bar.

The amount will include the 20% service charge.

MINIMUM PURCHASE, SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX

FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUMS: If a minimum is required to reserve space privately, the minimum must be met in food and beverage, EXCLUDING TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE, the day of the event in the specified timeframe. Should the total for food and beverage fall below the required minimum EXCLUDING TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE, a minimum adjustment fee will be added to bring the total to the required minimum. Gift cards may not be purchased to meet the required food and beverage minimum.

Room reservations are for 3 hours. Additional hours you will be assessed a 20% fee of the original minimum each additional hour.

Minimum of $1000 for Tailgate Room, $750 for Game Room, $250 for Board Room, and $350 for Community Tables.

If unable to meet food and beverage minimum, deposit will be retained.

UNDERGROUND SOCIAL BUYOUT Underground Social buyout/closed to the public $4500 deposit/$4500 food and beverage minimum per hour. 1–25 Guests $50 Deposit 25–50 Guests $100 Deposit 50–100 Guests $300 Deposit No food and beverage minimum applies when reserving a section of tables and upon arrival we can either deduct the deposit from your final tab or refund it back to your credit card the next business day.

PREMIUM DAY & HOLIDAY PRICING Applies from Thanksgiving to January 15th Food and beverage minimums not including tax or gratuity: $1500 for Tailgate Room, $1000 Game Room, $500 Board Room and $750 for Community Tables. Refundable or Deductible Deposit: $1500 for Tailgate Room, $1000 Game Room, $500 Board Room and $750 for Community Tables.

UNDERGROUND SOCIAL HOLIDAY PRICING Underground Social buyout for 3 hours* closed to the public $7500 deposit/$7500 food and beverage minimum per hour.

Table Reservations in Underground Social for large parties:

25–50 Guests $500 Deposit 50–100 Guests $1,000 Deposit

* Underground Social Buyout: For more than 3 hours, deposit is subject to change.

CONFIRMATION & EVENT DEPOSIT A. In order to hold the room for your group, we must receive a deposit as specified above and a signed contract, within three days from your request, to hold the date. This deposit will be deducted from the final billing or returned back to you card the next business day after the event. The deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation. Please Note: Full buyouts require a deposit determined by the owner. B. A change in reservation date within 30 days of your previously booked reservation will result in the transfer of the deposit to the new reservation date. Any changes made to the contract must be done directly with a special events manager, Cory or Shelley. Leaving a message with the service staff does not constitute a legal change to the contract.

C. Room reservations are for 3 hours. You will be assessed a 20% fee off the original minimum each additional hour.

PAYMENT Blake Street Tavern accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Corporate checks with written approval. We do not accept third-party checks. Full payment is required the day of your event. Be sure that all information provided by you clearly and accurately identifies the party who is responsible for payment.

PRICES, ETC

Blake Street Tavern is able to hold firm, all prices quoted, with a signed contract and event deposit. Published/printed menus are subject to change. Please be sure you have a current menu.

We will assess a $50 service fee per each hour of your event that we are open before our regular business hours.

ATTENDANCE GUARANTEE You must provide Blake Street Tavern with the number of guests you expect to attend the function at least 72 hours (three days) before the reserved date. This number becomes your guarantee. Blake Street Tavern will set the room; provide food, beverages and service as required. Subject to the Tavern’s approval, it may be possible to increase the guaranteed number just before the reserved date, depending upon seating capacity and menus chosen. The final charges will be based upon the actual attendance or the number guaranteed, whichever is higher. Based on your seating arrangement, a furniture moving fee may be assessed.

CANCELLATIONS

If the event is cancelled, your deposit is forfeited. Full charges apply if a meal function is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event.

ENTRÉE SELECTION

For parties of 25 people or less, guests may order directly off the menu. Groups of 25 or more guests may only choose the Buffet or Platter options. Any food items that are pre-ordered from the banquet menu must be ordered 10 days prior the event.

ALCOHOL BEVERAGES

Blake Street Tavern may not, under any circumstances, serve alcohol to any individuals under 21 years of age. Blake Street Tavern expects that the party organizer will assist in the enforcement of state liquor laws. We will refuse service to anyone that appears to be intoxicated and/or acting in an irresponsible manner. Please see Group Beverage Options to see the type of beverage service available for your party.

AUDIO–VISUAL

Blake Street Tavern’s events spaces are equipped with several audio visual options. There are high definition monitors, separate stereo and sound systems (ipod adaptable) with microphone, CD and DVD player. We have the ability to show your laptop presentation to the HDTV monitors. We also offer free WiFi. Depending on your event’s needs, there will be a $50 AV fee assessed.
