• Young coaches want to start automatically at the top, not put in the time to grow and progress through the ranks…

Every first year coaches always say coaching is coaching… whether as a head coach or as an assistant. But, what about the myriad of other things that come with the head position… Preparing schedules, discipline issues, transportation, parent issues, fundraising, the unexpected, etc…
