2001. K&C Elecomms founded

A wind tunnel test is conducted to investigate the direction of air currents around an object and chart the distribution of wind speed and surface pressure, in order to improve aerodynamics for the operations at the harshest windy weather. But TBT stays committed to conducting the test in order to manufacture reliable products of high quality. The TPV-BD has passed the test proving that it can be reliably operated in an environment with 40 m/s wind.(120km/hour wind speed)

This test aims to check the durability of the product by measuring the functional changes in response to physical strength or changes, or vibrations applied. Weights are applied repeatedly in a regular or irregular pattern to check the product’s stability. The TPV-BD passed the test where an average of 2G of strength was applied for two hours, testifying to the product’s durability.

The test consists of applying a given value of impact shock on a part or device of the product to check the mechanical durability. It is also another test that is unprecedented in the surveillance camera industry. The TPV-BD passed a harsh test where an impact of 30G was applied, which is equivalent to the impact received by an automobile crash while driving at 50 km per hour.

Tests related to temperature and humidity are especially critical to cameras. Tests are conducted to check any changes in the products features or stability by setting the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment within a certain range. All products by TBT undergo tests to confirm their durability in categories such as high temperatures, extreme and extreme low temperature along with various humidity condition.

TBT’s thermal imaging camera undergoes tests in extreme conditions to check its durability, which is unheard of in the industry.

Special coating technology applied adopted on TBT all Products. Test process as followed steps.

1st : Knife scars made to test durability on salt water spraying test.2nd, 3rd and 4th test shows how the rust works on the surface on the process of salt spraying test. “Test passed” image shows that TBT special coating technology which passed the salt spraying test without any noticeable rust on the surface .

TPV-BD is installed on a precision pan/tilt mechanism. It allows the user to rotate & tilt the camera 360° continuously to increases situational awareness on ultimate weatherproof condition. The Pan/Tilt has 165 preset positions.All versions are equipped with a long range daylight/low light camera. The video output of the thermal imaging and daylight/low light camera are simultaneously available. The daylight camera offers an 36x optical zoom.
