Credits and CancellationsIn the event that a participant becomes ill before a class begins or a class is canceled, a credit equal to the class fee will be given to the participant for future registrations for themselves or another member on the account, unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to cancel a class or activity that does not meet minimum registration requirements.

Annual Rec PassesDrop-in customers, ages 8+, are required to show a rec pass and have a current liability waiver on file. The rec pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Fee-based activities do not require a rec pass. Replacement cards cost $2. Resident: $5/year with a max of $20/family Nonresident: $10/year with a max of $40/family.

Themed activities include outdoor adventures, field trips, swimming, arts and crafts, and more.

Fees include all activities, field trips, and supplies. Fees: $105 per session (nonresidents add $5) $85 for S4; no camp on July 4T-Shirt: $8 (one-time, required fee) Deposit: $10 (details below) The first session must be paid in full upon registration. The $10 deposit (applied to fee) is required for all reserved sessions. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable; credits or refunds are not provided for days missed. For sessions paid in full, a one-week notice must be give to receive credit toward another session. Regardless of being registered for the free lunch program, kids must bring two snacks and a drink each day. The free lunch program is available on non-field trip days, June 9 - Aug. 15.

Free City of Denton Kids Camp, ages 5-11Denia Rec Center, 9am-5pm; June 9 - Aug. 23Kids will experience field trips, swimming, entertainment, arts and crafts, and more. Lunch is provided except on field trip days and the last week of camp. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY Register in person at Denton Civic Center, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. A mandatory, non-refundable fee of $10 is due at registration to reserve a camper’s spot. Camp qualification is based on family income. Guardians, single or joint, must either be working full time, enrolled in a job training program, or enrolled full time in the summer school semester. Guardians must provide the following at registration: completed 2013 income tax forms for income verification, current pay stubs from one month, proof of residency within Denton city limits, and participants’ birth certificates for age verification. uLtiMATE CAMPOUTTurner Falls Park, July 14-18 $150/camper (grades 1-5); 41294

The first day of camp will be spent at McMath Middle School in preparation of four, fun-filled days of camping, fishing, hiking, paddle boats, outdoor games, campfires, and swimming!

During the three nights of camping, we will stay in cabins at Turner Falls Park. Campers must register in person at the Civic Center by June 30. The fee must be paid in full upon registration. After June 1, credits or refunds will not be provided.
