 1. No convergence with partner agencies providing programs/projects to MSMEs in the conduct of the Roving Academy.

2. Need to increase number of participants (Total Proposed is 1,622)

3. Localize trainings to optimize fund. Consider tapping the expertise of DTI SME Counselors and/or SHINDAN-trained staff across provinces or experts from other partner agencies.

 4. For Skills Training Proposed:• Provide information on the volume of raw material

viability/continuity/sustainability of projects.

5. Proposed training must address the Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) of the POs Priority Sectors.

6 . Utilize the Risograph & Photocopying Machines (whichever is available) of Shared Service Facility Business Resource Center for the reproduction of manuals and training materials

7. Updating and submission of the 2013 Database of MSME Participants (Deadline for submission: RO – March 5; HO – March 14)
