Justin Berger (Manager):

Jesse is on track to having a successful 2014. He has proven to be a quick study on Base PPG systems and his job

function as a whole. Jesse recently took on additional tactical responsibility of AD ordering with the departure of Jackie

Walter from the group. Even though his position has taken on more of a tactical direction than I had anticipated, Jesse has

continued to support me with analytics on an as needed basis. He is has also served as a mentor to the Supply Chain intern

in regards to the deployment of product.

Jesse has taken the lead on everything True Finish for the group. He is currently in discussions with some of the TF

management on how the ordering process and service can be improved.

Justin Berger (Manager):

Jesse had a very successful 2014, his first full year here at PPG. He has proven to be a reliable source of information and analytics both within the Supply Chain group and to external customers. He is always able to help others while ensuring his own responsibilities are completed in a timely fashion. Jesse always has the customer in mind and will go the extra mile to ensure the customer is serviced to the best of his ability.

Jesse was challenged this year by taking on half of the deployment activities once Jackie Walter left the group in June 2014. He did a great job ensuring all orders received attention, while maintaining his own workload. He is the resident True Finish expert within the group and has proven to be an invaluable resource for the SAP team as they prepare phase II implementation.
