Miscellaneous Information Contract for Space This contract is for a six foot table in an 8 x 10 exhibit space and the formal confirmation constitutes a binding contract for the right to use the space allotted. In the event of fire, strikes or other uncontrollable circumstances, this contract will not be binding.

Use of Space No exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share the whole or any part of the space allotted without the consent of the MCA. Aisles must be kept clear. Exhibitors must comply with safety, fire and health requirements during the move in, operation and move out periods. All staff, product and/or equipment must stay in the boundaries of contracted space. Non-Exhibitors or representatives of non-exhibiting companies will not be permitted into the event or be allowed to market their products or services at the event. The MCA does not officially endorse the products or services of the companies exhibiting during the conference. MCA reserves the right, with or without cause, to reassign or cancel space at any time before or during the event. The MCA reserves the right to restrict an exhibit, which in their judgment is detrimental or detracts from the general order of the exhibits. It is expressly agreed that the MCA and the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to, goods or property of any exhibitor, prior to, during or subsequent to the time of the exhibition. Exhibitors are responsible for their property.

Exhibit Space Space is available on a first come, first serve basis with special consideration given to sponsors and current Associate Business Members (ABM). No space will be assigned without the official contract and full payment of the exhibit fee. The MCA will email confirmations with verification of payment and exhibit information once the contract has been processed. Names of representatives to be in attendance for your company must be submitted by March 7, 2014. (Please list all names on the registration form.)

Exhibitor Shipping Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own shipping to and from the event site. Please ship your packages with the on-site contact name clearly printed on the label along with your company name.

Hours Exhibitor set-up will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2014. Move out will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014 and must be completed by no later than 5:00 p.m.

Fees All fees are due when the contract for space and/or sponsorship form is submitted. Contract forms and fees must be received before Friday, March 7, 2014 to ensure space and event recognition. Checks should be made payable to the MCA and mailed to Minnesota Chiropractic Association, 8120 Penn Ave. S. #270, Bloomington, MN 55431.

Hotel Information Hotel rooms are available for a Minnesota Chiropractic Association rate of $94/per night for a single or double occupancy room. Hotel rooms are reserved by calling the hotel directly at 888-887-1681 or 952-935-5500. Remember to mention the Minnesota Chiropractic Association™ when reserving your room. Reservations must be made on or before Thursday, April 17, 2014 (the cutoff date). After the cutoff date, reservations and rates are subject to change.

Event Cancellations Cancellations must be submitted to the MCA in writing. The date the cancellation is received by the MCA will be considered the official cancellation date. Exhibitors who request cancellations agree to the following refund schedule: Prior to and including March 14, 2014: 60% of total fees will be refunded March 15 – March 28, 2014: 30% of total fees will be refunded March 29 – May 2, 2014: 0% of total fees will be refunded

I want to encourage everyone to attend next year’s convention and bring your staff. My staff loved it!

Thank you MCA members and staff, vendors, and volunteers for an excellent convention and your welcoming spirit! We appreciate your choice of presenters who shared information and techniques that will improve our quality of patient care.

This was my first convention, and I will not miss another one. The speakers were amazing, the food was great, and I honestly felt a sense of belonging and camaraderie I've not felt at any other event. I can't thank you all enough.

What a great weekend it was! As a first year doc, it exceeded and went beyond all my expectations. I really enjoyed the variety of speakers and thought they all did a wonderful job. Thanks to all the MCA staff and Doctors that put in so much time to make it a successful weekend. Looking forward to next year!

Thanks to all of the staff and volunteers who made this year’s convention one of the best. To all of the ABMs, thank you for supporting the MCA we couldn’t do convention without you! I had a great time and already looking forward to next year!
