Also responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with community partners and assist with outreach events to promote the Center throughout the year. Job responsibilities include: Interview and select temporary staff members for In- person Assister (IPA) positions in the EAC from candidates provided by the staffing agency, establishing shift schedules for staff and ensure adherence to the schedule, including timesheet review and approval, train staff on Center procedures and policies and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitor government training progress of staff and track certificate and state specific requirements, manage staff conduct and maintain professional environment at all times, make staffing decisions related to hiring and terminating employees, evaluate staff performance and provide direction and coaching to improve performance, establish and maintain local partnerships with special interest groups and community leaders in support of the Regional Manager, staff assignment and deployment for outreach and special events, quality control of data collection and reporting, maintenance and inventory tracking of all Center equipment including but not limited to laptops, cell phones, tablets, management of supplies for Center to include general office supplies and collateral ordering and purchasing and assist with location selection, set-up, and break-down. (Temporary Position Oct. 2013 – Apr. 2014) Thilens: Processor; verify deposits, identify and rectify any and all discrepancies. Enter deposit totals Into data base. Scan checks into bank data bases. (Temporary Position Oct. 2013) Waltco: Driver; deliver auto parts to various dealerships in southern Wisconsin. Ensure security For delivery sites. (Temporary Position Jul. 2013) Westminster Mint: Agent; selling silver, gold, and collectibles. Purchase and maintain inventory for store. Train sales staff. Train collections staff. Train delivery staff. Manage service department. Be responsible for aspects Of store operations.
