KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
The following indicators shall be applicable for one contract year:
All Level 1 teachers on the programme will receive personal school based professional input within the school term.
(A minimum of 10 Level 1 teachers will receive 75 hours of personal school based professional input within the school term.)
Improvement in English Language teaching and learning in the areas of preparation, methodology, assessment and evaluation using a record of achievement based on Pedagogy Standards for English Language Teaching (PSELT) for each teacher in the programme.
Improvement in English Language proficiency of each participating teacher based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The assessment shall focus on the following skills:
listening
speaking
reading
writing
Development and sharing of quality and suitable resources in print and electronic forms by mentors and teachers that can be used effectively during teaching and learning.
Improvement in English Language oracy and literacy of Level One pupils in participating schools based on jointly agreed targeted evidence
