18. Create Usage Service app
19. Create Managed Metadata Service
20. Start MMS service instance
21. Create Search Service app (PowerShell or Central Admin)
22. Run a full crawl to verify everything works
23. Create User Profile Service app
24. Create other service applications as needed
25. Gpupdate /force & reboot
26. Run all Health Analyzer rules
