    Who we are

    Oxfam America is an international relief and development organization working with

    partners to find long-term solutions to global poverty and injustice. The Oxfam America

    East Asia Regional Office (OA-EARO) in Phnom Penh is currently seeking an experienced

    and motivated individual to join the team as Grant Officer (GO), based in Phnom Penh -

    Cambodia.

    The role

    The GO will help ensure EAROs adherence to grant management policies & procedures

    & up to date disbursement and reporting to the Boston home office.

    Prepares & regularly updates the grant management pipeline, including reporting

    progress to Boston

    Assists in the preparation & documentation o f the regional grant review process

    Prepares all necessary documentation for grant disbursement, including agreements,

    approval memos, etc.

    Maintains & monitors grant documentation & liaises with the Boston PA to ensure they

    receive duplicate copies of grant documentation & project information.

    Conducts annual grant file audits to ensure that the files are complete & accurate for a

    successful external audit.

    Responsible for the proper documentation & record-keeping of program & grant

    management activities, eg. program meeting, grant review, etc.

    Maintains & tracks program reporting schedule to donors, Oxfam Board, Boston

    colleagues & other affiliates; Assists the RD/DRD or Program Officers in the preparation

    & file management of reports & donor communications.

    Manage EARO Petty Cash and ensure legitimate claims for the petty cash.

    What we are looking for

    A bachelors degree in management or business administration.

    At least three years re levant employment experience, preferably NGO & program &/or

    grant administration experience.

    Experienced in using Microsoft Office software. Be knowledgeable in IT is an asset.

    The Brish Embassy in Phnom Penh is part of a world-wide network of 230 Posts, represenng Brish

    This is an important and high profile role within the Embassy. The officer will be the Embassy lead on

    Main Responsibilies
