North America AdministratorsThe success of North America Administrators

is built upon understanding their client, putting their needs first, and delivering results that impact the bottom line. Their reputation is built upon their ability to fulfill that promise to the businesses and employees that they serve. NAA is guided by Danny Dugan and Patsy Grooms, who together share almost 60 years experience in the healthcare industry. Their many satisfied clients have learned to trust their leadership and integrity. They are the driving force behind an experienced management team that thrives on innovating every aspect of the business to stay ahead of the competition. At North America Administrators, they take financial success as seriously as the client. They know that their team of experienced professionals will deliver

progressive solutions to healthcare challenges. On Saturday, October 26, 2013, North America Administrators employees and families began construction on a brand new home in Water-town, TN. This is the first Habitat home NAA has sponsored and they are grateful to Wilson County Schools, International Assurance of Tennessee, and their employees, friends, and families who volunteered for the 8 days of construction.

NAA is inspired by Jessica’s determination. It is particularly impressive to them that all Habitat homeowners must save for a down payment, learn to become good neighbors, and commit to “sweat equity” in order to qualify for the Habitat program. Habitat feels blessed by the opportunity to partner with NAA and this family to help them realize their dream of homeownership.

Jessica Williams416 Alydar Druve

Jessica Williams had lost faith in humanity before she came to Habitat for help. She had hit bottom, became homeless and was completely without hope. With no alternatives and a small child, Brendon, in tow, Jessica moved into a homeless shelter in Florida where they lived for ten long months. She worked, saved, and struggled to become independent again. When she received the good news that

she had been accepted into Habitat’s homeownership program, her hope and faith in humanity was renewed.

Brendon inspires Jessica to work hard every day and keep working toward her goal of providing a stable home and financial security for their family. The fact that she attended Financial Peace University classes through Habitat’s Nash-ville office before becoming a partner family proves she is dedicated and determined to make a better life for herself and Brendon. Today, Jessica works in an administrative posi-tion in the HR department of a local imaging company. Her favorite things to do in her free time are all spent with her favorite little man, Brendon. Their new Habitat home will provide a firm foundation for their future, allowing Jessica to move from feeling surreal to realizing the American dream of homeownership.

The Memorial FoundationThe Memorial Foundation was established

in April of 1994 with an endowment fund generated from the sale of the assets of Nash-ville Memorial Hospital in Madison. In keeping with its roots, The Memorial Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life for people through support to nonprofit organi-zations. The Memorial Foundation responds to diverse community needs, assisting agen-cies that focus on health, human, and social

services; education; senior citizens; youth and children; community services; and substance abuse programs. The Memorial Foundation has generously supported Habitat’s mission for more than a decade, through house sponsorship in both Wilson and Davidson counties, as well as funding for land purchase and development. Habitat is grateful to The Memorial Foundation for helping to make the Williams family’s dream of homeownership come true.
