New for 2013, here’s another delicious option: five completely vegan dishes.

New for 2013, here’s another delicious option: five completely vegan choices that may change how you think about vegetarian eating.

We developed these items in collaboration with two of the country’s best vegan chefs, Richard Landau and Kate Jacoby of Vedge restaurant in Philadelphia. Vedge is a one-of-a-kind, award-winning restaurant. It’s totally vegan, but 90% of its clientele are not vegetarians. Rich and Kate have shown an unmatched ability to coax spectacularly satisfying flavors from vegetables.

The dishes we selected are from the forthcoming Vedge: The Cookbook, adapted specially for Tropicana Field and the Rays by Centerplate’s own, Chef Marc Spooner. We invite you to try these new dishes. Your view of vegan food may never be the same. Enjoy!

For your convenience, we offer a par stocking service in your suite.
