2013 Organizational Highlights:

411 community members were provide high quality services in the areas of:

Financial Coaching Case Management

Employment Coaching Housing Search Assistance

Income Support Assistance Homelessness Prevention

A successful leadership transition occurred in early 2013.

116 people were served by CCL’s newly developed Digital Literacy Program.

100% of CCL’s staff were trained in Coaching, CCL’s primary change method.

3 in-person assistors were certified to help navigate new health insurance options.

United Way of Metropolitan Chicago provided CCL with its first grant.

A 4th year of Social Innovation Funds were awarded to CCL.

CCL presented at the Working Families Success Network National Convening.

New individuals donors were cultivated resulting in a 9% increase over 2012.
