WELCOMEWelcome to the 2013 OCAA Curling Championships.

Fanshawe College is proud to host this great event at the St. Thomas Curling Club. The next five days promises to be entertaining due to the enormous wealth of talent and skill demonstrated by the top collegiate curlers from across the province.

Varsity sport has long been recognized as an important part of campus life. Sport builds character, strong values and encourages our student-athletes to strive for excellence on the provincial and national stage. The

balance of a team’s competitive spirit as well as their respect to all participants involved demonstrates their success as role models for the younger generation in sport.

I would like to congratulate the student-athletes and coaches on their outstanding work ethic, and hope that you enjoy the competition and your time with us.
