Staten Island resident Zito lost her home to Hurricane Sandy, and on Saturday’s episode of Melissa Harris-Perry, she shared her story. Armed with a mess of documents, Zito recounted waiting weeks for FEMA and the Red Cross to help her get a bed for her disabled husband. Zitoonly moved back into her rebuilt home last week, and to her and many others, the response fromgovernment has been sorely lacking.

“I am not feeling the love. It is a disgrace the way we’re being treated, the way we’re being avoided,” Zito said. “We are not a foreign country.”

Please open your heart and mind and allow your I AM Presence to reveal to you the magnitude of YOUR Divine Plan during this unprecedented moment in the evolution of Planet Earth.

Whether you have noticed it or not, with the shifts in energy, vibration, and consciousness you haveexperienced since the beginning of 2013, you are now able to “see with new eyes and hear with new ears.” Allyou have to do to prove that to yourself is to go within to the Divinity in your heart. Once you are there, focus onthe unfathomable Love that is now reverberating through your Heart Flame with every breath you take. Revel inthe wonder of this new 5th-Dimensional frequency of Transfiguring Divine Love and allow it to permeate everyfiber of your Being. I know that many people thought that with the victory of Earth’s Ascension in the Light their mission wouldbe complete. But the Truth is that this is just the beginning of what we have all been training for lifetimes toaccomplish. The difference is that now our work is going to be much, much easier. We are no longer going tofeel like we are walking through tar into 150 mile an hour winds to accomplish the slightest trace of progress. Inthe 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the New Earth that we are now abiding upon, everything is much morerarified and the changes we are going to work together to accomplish will manifest much more easily.

The reason that things seem so chaotic and that we have not experienced the full joy and bliss of the NewEarth is because we are actually walking with our feet in both worlds. On one level, we are walking in the higherfrequencies of the New Earth and we are assimilating the patterns of Oneness and Reverence for Lifeassociated with this 5th-Dimensional Love-based Planet. But on another level, we are being inundated with thedenser frequencies of the old Earth and the painful human miscreations that are being pushed to the surface tobe healed and transmuted into Light.

These miscreations are the things that Humanity created either deliberately or inadvertently through ournegative thoughts, feelings, words, actions, and beliefs. These human miscreations which are based in theconsciousness of separation and duality are responsible for all of the pain and suffering in the world. It is veryimportant for us to realize that this is a transitional situation and that we are not supposed to stay trapped withour feet in both worlds. On the contrary, we are supposed to quickly transcend this part of our Ascensionprocess. This is in fact the next phase of the Divine Plan that we are ALL BEING CALLED TO FULFILL.

According to the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth the greatest need of the hour is forwilling Lightworkers to assist Humanity out of this dichotomy. Our sisters and brothers in the Heavenly Realmssaid the fulfillment of this facet of the Divine Plan will help to raise the consciousness of people in profoundways. This will secure a critical mass of the Family of Humanity in the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the New

When we are fully embodied in the higherfrequencies of the New Earth, we will be able to project the new 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Violet Flameinto Humanity’s human miscreations and transmute them and the residue of discordant frequencies from the oldEarth into Light, without having to be immersed in the dense and painful frequencies of that surfacing chaos.

Even though this may seem like a daunting task, remember that during the past 26 years our unifiedefforts have changed the course of history. We actually transcended even the greatest expectations of Heaven.Through miraculous Activities of Light and unprecedented acts of Divine Grace, the I AM Presence of every man,woman, and child was given permission to decide, on behalf of that person’s lower human ego, whether or nothe or she was willing to do what was necessary in order to transmute their karmic liabilities, so they could moveforward in the Light with the Earth and the rest of our Solar System. With that unprecedented Gift of DivineGrace from our Father-Mother God, every single person on Earth chose to move forward in the Light. With thefulfillment of that miracle, our Father-Mother God issued a Cosmic Fiat and the two Earths became one, thusallowing every person evolving on this Planet to Ascend up the Spiral of Evolution into the next octave of his orher learning experience.

We have now birthed the New Earth, and our I AM Presence is at long last able to take full dominion of ourphysical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. Through our unified efforts, we are now going to accomplish themiracles that will fulfill the prophecies of old and transform Humanity and the Earth in “ the twinkling of an eye.”The Divine Plan that will God Victoriously accomplish this has been set into motion by the Company of Heaven.This plan will require the conscious participation of you and me and the myriad Lightworkers around the worldwho are willing to be the Open Door for the Light of God. Our Father-Mother God and the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth are sending forth a Clarion

Call to all embodied Lightworkers, this includes YOU and me. We are being asked to gather within the portal of

the most powerful forcefield of our Father-Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love. This portal is in the foothills of

Tucson, Arizona. Together we will form a mighty transformer through which the Light of God will flow to help raise

the consciousness of Humanity. This will secure a critical mass of the energy, vibration, and consciousness of

the Family of Humanity in the 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the New Earth. Once a critical mass of the

collective Family of Humanity is secured in the frequencies of the New Earth, we will experience an unstoppable

2013, MAY 24 Europe Opens $80 Trillion Shadow Banking Pandora’s Box~ Will Seek To Collapse Repo “Collateral Chains” http://americannationalmilitia.com/intentionally/

In what may be the most important story of the day, or maybe year, for a world in which there already is an $11 trillion shortfall in high-quality collateral (and declining every day, courtesy of Ben’s monetization of Treasury paper) so needed to support the deposit-free liability structures of the shadow banking system (as most recently explained here), Bloomberg has just reported that Europe may begin a crackdown on that most important credit money conduit: the $80 trillion+ global shadow banking system, by effectively collapsing collateral chains, and by making wanton asset rehypothecation a thing of the past, permitted only with express prior permission, whichobviously will never come: who in their right mind would allow a bank to repledge an asset which may be lost aspart of the counterparty carnage should said bank pull a Lehman. The result of this, should it be taken to completion, would be pervasive liquidations as countless collateral chain margin calls spread, counterparty risk soars all over again, and as the scramble to obtain the true underlying assets finally begins.

From Bloomberg:

Banks and brokers face a clampdown on using assets they hold for clients as collateral for their own trades as part of European Union moves to bolster market stability and rein in shadow banking.

The European Commission is weighing whether firms should have to obtain formal consent from their clients before being allowed to reuse assets to back other trades, according to a document obtained by Bloomberg News. The consent would be enshrined in a “contractual agreement” between the parties.

The handing over of collateral is an integral part of repurchase agreements, or repos — one of the activities under review by global regulators as part of their efforts to regulate shadow banking. The reuse of clients’ assets poses a potential threat to financial stability should one of a chain of firms that handled the securities go bankrupt, according to the document prepared by commission officials and dated May 15. Uncertainty about who holds an asset can fuel panic in times of market stress, according to the paper.

“Complex” chains of collateral can make it difficult for investors to “identify who owns what, where risk is concentrated and who is exposed to whom,” according to the document. “This has consequences for transparency and financial stability.”

Under the plans being weighed by the commission, banks and brokers holding securities for clients wouldn’t be allowed to reuse the assets for trading on their own account — speculation on the markets aimed solely at boosting their own revenues, according to the document.

The Financial Stability Board has estimated that the global shadow-banking system was worth $67 trillion in 2011, with EU-based activities accounting for about $31 trillion.

Here’s the kicker: collateral chains collapse on their own when confidence and faith in the financial system is evaporating. This is usually manifested in soaring variation margin, and demand for delivery of collateral (whichhaving been pledged at 10 or more different places just doesn’t actually exist).

In other words, the last thing Europe needs is to force the aftereffect of a plunge in systemic confidence to be imposed upon the market participants! And yet, it is doing just that.

And for a comparable virtualization of repo pathways in the US, here is a chart showing the key relationships as of 2009. For the modern iteration, just update $30 trillion with $80 trillion (including custodial “assets” State Street, BoNY and JPM). This is $80 trillion in custodial credit money created via repo. Just in the US.

International peace activist and organizer Bruce Gagnon comes to Washington State April 24 to April 30, 2012 to engage local communities around the theme “The Deadly Connection: Endless War and Economic Crisis.”

Gagnon is the Coordinator of the Global Network Against Weapons & Nuclear Power in Space, and long-time member of Veterans For Peace. (A detailed bio on Gagnon is attached to this release.)

Having recently returned from demonstrations in South Korea protesting the construction of a huge US Navy base on Jeju Island, Gagnon will speak on U.S. expanding militarism, as well as the impact of militarism on the economic crisis here at home. He will stress the need to promote the conversion of the military industrial complex to sustainable production if we hope to have the slightest impact on climate change. These and similar issues are contained in his book Come Together Right Now: Organizing Stories from a Fading Empire.

2013, May 25 Wall Street is writing its own regulation bill

Bank lobbyists have a direct influence on financial legislation drafted in Congress, and are in some cases even writing the measures themselves. Citigroup this month drafted a regulation bill that has already passed through a House committee.

To soften financial regulations, bank lobbyists frequently ‘assist’ lawmakers in writing draft legislation that serves to benefit them at the expense of American taxpayers, according to a New York Times investigation.

Lobbyists working for Citigroup Inc., a multinational financial services corporation, wrote 80 percent of a regulation bill that was approved by the House Financial Services Committee this month. Citigroup wrote 70 lines of 85-line bill, which exempts “broad swathes of trades” from new regulation, the Times reported based on e-mails it obtained.

Two paragraphs of the bill were copied “nearly word for word” from what Citigroup drafted. The only differencebetween the versions were two words, which lawmakers changed to make plural.

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which was signed into law in 2010, inflicted heavy financial regulatory reform following the most recent recession. The bill was pushed into law by Democrats, but now, both Democrats in the House and Senate are siding with bank lobbyists to roll back parts ofthe regulation overhaul.

The bill drafted primarily by Citigroup this month was starkly opposed by the Treasury Department, but easily made it through the House Financial Services Committee, the Times reports. MapLight, a nonprofit group that analyzes campaign finance records, found that lawmakers who supported Wall Street’s legislation received twiceas much in contributions from financial institutions than those who opposed such measures, which appears to indicate that lawmakers’ support can be bought.

This month, Wall Street groups also held fundraising dinners for lawmakers who co-sponsored the bills they backed and in some cases co-wrote. As a reward for siding with bank lobbyists, these lawmakers were granted a dinner in which attendees paid up to $2,500 for a plate.

When questioned by the Times, bank industry officials said that helping draft legislation was a common practice on Capitol Hill, but argued that they do not undermine Dodd-Frank.

“We will provide input if we see a bill and it is something we have interest in,” said Kenneth E. Bentsen Jr., a Wall Street lobbyist. Bentsen is a former lawmaker himself, and many financial institutions’ lobbyists have worked as Capitol Hill aides and staffers before taking on their current roles.

Jeff Connaughton, a former lobbyist and former congressional staffer, said that Wall Street has so much influence on the Hill that it “skews the thinking of Congress.”

“It’s appalling, it’s disgusting, it’s wasteful and it opens the possibility of conflicts of interest and corruption,” Rep. Jim Himes, a top recipient of Wall Street donations and a former banker at Goldman Sachs, told the Times, admitting his own faults. “It’s unfortunately the world we live in.”
