Congratulations on making it to the State Final of the KENO NSW Mixed Fourball Championship for 2013.

ClubKENO Holdings as a Licensee for the game of KENO in NSW is delighted to sponsor this event. This is KENO’S 12th consecutive year as naming rights sponsor for the event, and we are proud to be involved with Golf NSW to bring an event that provides the everyday golfer with the opportunity to compete at a State Championship level.

THE CHAMPIONSHIPDrawThe draw for the first day’s play is enclosed. A seeded draw for day two will be posted shortly after the completion of play on day one, and will be available at Bonville Golf Resort, and online at www.golfnsw.org.

RegistrationYou will be required to check-in with the Golf NSW team at the registration desk at Bonville Golf Resort each morning of play at least 20 minutes before your hit off time.

CartsA cart will be available for use, free of charge, for each playing pair, on each day. Please collect your cart from the pro-shop after you register each morning.

PracticePractice rounds will be available at Bonville Golf Resort on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 September 2013. Cost is $80 per person for 18 holes, including cart hire. Practice rounds are at the competitors own expense. Bookings are essential and must be booked through the Pro Shop.

WithdrawalIf you or your partner are unable to participate in the State Final, please notify us immedi-ately by emailing Julia Skamperle ([email protected]). As per the Conditions of Play, after the commencement of the competition no substitutes will be permitted.

HandicapsPlayers will play off the handicap current at the first day of play. Proof of handicap may be requested i.e. GolfLink number or handicap record sheet from your home club.

Dress RegulationsPlease note that the following dress regulations must be adhered to at all times:• Collared Shirts;

• Tailored trousers or shorts;

• SOFT SPIKES only;

• Short socks (no anklets for men) are permitted.

• No Football wear, Board Shorts, Denim Jeans, Tracksuits, T-Shirts or Surfing Wear will be permitted on the Golf Course.

MEALS

BreakfastBreakfast will be served each day at your designated accommodation.

LunchLunch will be at your own expense. To ensure a quick transition after nine holes we ask that you only purchase snacks such as pies and sandwiches. Larger meals may be ordered following your round.

There is to be NO alcohol consumption on course for the duration of the Championship (Refer Conditions for State Events available at www.golfnsw.org).

Other MealsDinner is provided Tuesday and Thursday nights. All other meals are at your own expense as are phone calls, mini bar, laundry etc.

Social Dinner Option

Bonville Golf Resort will offer a social dinner option for the Wednesday evening as follows: Fish of the Day, Chips and Salad OR Black Angus Scotch Fillet, Chips and SaladFollowed by cheese and fruit platters for $35 per person.

They will also run a chipping competition on the Terrace Lawn (also dinner venue) and provide a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize for this. Bookings for this are essential.

This has been a popular event in recent years, and we would encourage you to attend. Please email Julia Skamperle [email protected] to make your booking. Payment for this will be on the night to Bonville Golf Resort.

GENERAL

Registration: 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Tuesday 10 September All players must register at Bonville Golf Resort with the Golf NSW team. At that time you will be issued with a player’s pack which will contain a complimentary player’s shirt to wear on the first day.

Name BadgesName badges will be issued in your Player Registration Pack. You are asked to wear this name badge at both official functions. This is a courtesy to everyone and will encourage you to get to know other players.

Shirts & PhotographsA photograph of each pair will be taken on Wednesday morning prior to the first round of the Championship. On this day please ensure that you wear the official shirt enclosed in your Player Registration pack.

TrophiesTrophies will be awarded to the first three pairs based on the aggregate 36 hole 4BBB stableford total over the two rounds of the Championship.Trophies will also be awarded to the best 18 hole 4BBB stableford score in each round of the Championship.

No pair may win more than one trophy.

ACCOMMODATION

Golf NSW will provide, at their expense, accommodation on a Double share basis for Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 September (buffet breakfast included) for competitors. Accommodation will be either at Bonville Golf Resort, Novotel Pacific Bay Resort or Sawtell Motor Inn.
