and love good.

The verbs to love (ahav) and to hate( sane) in the Bible often refer to

decisions and actions, not simply tofeelings and attitudes. A change inthe peoples attitudes will lead to

change in their actions.

proclamation.

judgments to the future restoration

(Amos 9:1115).The day of the Lord, previously

described as the day of punishment(Amos 5:18), is now a day ofsalvation. Salvation will come after

Old Testament.
