1:1 Sheila Caron 11/1/2013 Accomplishments – 5 Minutes - Acquiring knowledge of the BCA, Conversion & Cutover process. Setting up meetings with respective team players to assist them with the implementation of BCA, Conversion & Cutover with WCGH & SMHC. - Monitor Project Plans for BCA, Conversion & Cutover, reaching out to the responsible parties before a task finish date comes due. To help remind the responsible party that a task is coming due and possible to help them in accomplishing the task. - Assisted in organizing a Technical Workgroup to provide the opportunity for those who do the work (analysts, technical) to do it together, to facilitate decision making (regional customers) and allow those who must track the work (PMs) to be able to do it all in one place. - Acquiring knowledge of HIM – (ROI, Coding, & Deficiency), Credential training was initiated but is currently on paused so that the lesson plans, workbooks and playground can be constructed before training can begin. I have read Fundamental Training Companions for ROI, Coding & Deficiency while I wait for the credentialing to start up again. - Shadowed during EpicCare-Amb Optimization Visits at Westbrook IM, Primary Care, & Peds, MMP Urology, PSC/Nephrology on August 13-15 th . - Assigned to follow Nina with PenBay Rheumatology Go-Live; although I was assigned at the end of this project I got a look at the end two weeks prior to the Go-live date: OTX transmittal, Dress rehearsal, and Go-Live. - Successively help coordinate the Provider Proficiency Visit 2 for Norway Practices with Janet and Roger. - Working with Nina to reach out to Reginald Albert and Lori Faller’s request to bring a new practice live with EPIC both ambulatory and Practice management for January. Project Update – 5 Minutes I have reached out to Nina regarding the Pen Bay Podiatry Practice Project Plan steps. Nina has instructed me that at this point Brenda just want us to compile. We have contacted Lyn Pen Bay Podiatry
