Taking dextrose tablets (as called in Germany „Trauben-zucker”) has become a daily routine of active people who

need quick energy recover or boost during physical or even mental exercise. However, physical activity goes along with

sparkling oxidative processes in the organism and losing important electrolyte vitamins. Some manufacturers

of dextrose reacted to this need by adding little amount of vitamins to their food category tablets. They sell dextrose tablets „fortifi ed” with vitamins. We turned the table and
