SATORI – Riding-fueled Innovation.

SATORI has been a leading supplier to the bicycle industry for almost 40 years, with a focus on providing innovative handlebars, stems and seat posts to bicycle assemblers and consumers globally. As could be expected from one of the world’s largest component manufacturers, we are equipped with world-class research, design and production facilities, as well as the experience to back it up. SATORI is taken from a Japanese Buddhist term that means “awakening”. True to our name, we are constantly re-awakening ourselves to new ideas and providing creative yet practical solutions to the bicycle world. We take pride in designing components to make the cycling experience more fun, comfortable or faster for a wide range of riders— from city commuters to trekking enthusiasts to serious racers.We have succeeded in harnessing key technologies, such as our unique butted handlebar forming techniques, to provide designs that are among the strongest, lightest and most stylish on the market. As a pioneer in the Taiwan bicycle components

industry, our ISO-certified facilities continue to produce award-winning, patented designs based on breakthrough technologies. A good example of this is our tool-free, side-clamping adjustable stem design, which brings instant and easy-to-use height and angle adjustment to standard bicycle platforms. Also, we are currently pioneering a shock-absorbing stem concept, which will allow riders to enjoy a smooth ride without the extra cost and weight of a suspension fork.

Being riders ourselves, we are close to the spirit of the cycling community and have a special understanding of its needs. We aim to continue growing with our customers, working hand in hand to develop and refine refreshing new ideas to further enhance the riding experience.

SATORI suspension seat postsSATORI no side play adjustment system control the tolerance by design and production processes instead of screw tightening. Enjoy the comfort up and down suspension of SATORI suspensions seat posts w/o trouble of tightening and loosening the adjustment screw. First the tolerance between the stanchion and bushing is eliminated because we produce them to be one-piece. The bushing is longer to minimize the bending stiction of the stanchion. Then the tolerance between the stanchion and inside wall of the post is well controlled and minimized by multisided bushing and long vertical machining on each the inside wall and bushing faces. We also invest on the one piece forged clamp base and stanchion for clean look and better quality. For market reason the side play adjustment screw can also be added internally by request as an additional insurance feature. Saddle rails height is low at 80mm from rail center to the bottom of the collar nut.
