    ENUE ACCESS:

    ompetitors will be able to access the venue from 10am Friday

    9th

    October.

    IGN-ON

    Will be held from 10.00am 11.00am Saturday20th October.

    ompetition Licences must be presented at sign-on. In the case of

    unior riders, log-books must also be presented at sign-on.

    CRUTINEERING:

    Machines, helmets and back numbers must be presented at

    crutineering.

    ll spare machines must also be scrutineered .

    he supplied event art work/decal must be on the top of all front

    umber plates to indicate that it has been successfully examined.

    RANSPONDERS:ompetitors will be required to exchange their competition

    cences for a timing transponder. Please refer to item 12.8 in the

    upplementary regulations for details of transponder returns and

    enalties associated with late or non-returns

    ACK NUMBERS:

    ack numbers are mandatory for all classes

    RIDERS BRIEFING:

    iders Briefing will be held on the start straight. The first practice

    roup is requested to be sitting on their bikes in front of the start

    ates with helmets removed ready to commence as soon asriefing is completed.

    Machines participating in the first practice are to be pushed to

    iders Briefing as a safety precaution

    IT BOARD PERSONNEL:

    ach Senior competitor is permitted one (1) person in the

    esignated pit board area over the age of 16 years. They will be

    equired to sign an indemnity and be identified with a wristband,

    nclosed footwear is to be worn within the pit board area.

    he Clerk of Course reserves the right to eject any person from the

    it board area

    CAMPING/ACCOMMODATION:

    Camping is permitted at the track. Club officials will determine

    where camping is or is not permitted. Their directions in this

    regard must be followed at all times.

    Generators utilised for camping must be shut down by 10.00pm.

    ALCOHOL:

    The carrying of and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages by any

    person within the pit or paddock area is strictly prohibited. Any

    person includes, spectators, parents, competitors, officials andteam personnel.

    COMPETITION MACHINES:

    Competition machinery is not to be ridden at anytime outside the

    boundary of the paddock, pit or track area. No exceptions.

    When riding a competition machine within the above boundaries,

    a helmet must be worn at all times. No doubling is permitted.

    PRESENTATION:

    Presentation will be held at the conclusion of the final race.

    Everyone is invited to attend dinner at Hogs Breath Caf at

    6.30pm on Sunday 21st

    October.

    SPECIAL NOTES & WARNINGS:

    Smoking is strictly prohibited whilst trackside (including the start

    and marshalling areas).

    No dogs are allowed at the complex (The only exceptions are

    working guide dogs).

    Enclosed footwear must be worn in the pit and track area.

    CODE OF CONDUCT:

    All competitors, officials and parents/guardians are reminded of

    MAs Code of Conduct contained within MAs Member Protection

    Regulations, found atwww.ma.org.auor Appendix 3 of the GCR,

    which is a guide to appropriate behaviour at all motorcycle racemeetings. This Code of Conduct applies to this Meeting and will be

    enforced
