Excluded is wear to cutters, knives, belts, filters, electrical relays and switches. Labor is covered for the first 90 days. During the guarantee period all broken or defective parts not caused by accident or misuse through fault or negligence by the Government must be replaced and all necessary machine adjustments caused by such defective parts must be made at the contractor’s expense.
