Our operations team has a track record in improving warehouse efficiency and driving value through lean manufacturing techniques.

The incremental costs of delivering this service are initially underwritten by Staffline Group. We commit that this new way of working will deliver value for our clients.
A recent client study (200 head site) identified savings equivalent to 30,000 hours per annum .... over a 3 year contract saving £750k+
During a structured site analysis a cost saving opportunity matrix is created which is then discussed and agreed with the client. Typical savings identified more than offset the traditional agency margin and hence we are moving towards our objective of providing our customers with a “ZERO MARGIN” model.
A mutually beneficial gainshare model creates the incentive for all parties to constantly improve productivity of labour.
During the contract we would hope to participate in other joint projects leveraging the combined skills of our respective organisations to realise benefit.
