To maximize bonus potential new IBOs must:

Order one of the qualifying Amway product packs.

Generate a total of 150 personal PV of which at least 50 PV comes from customer sales in a month.

You can do this up to three times in your first six months.

To receive the $100 First Step Bonus:• Qualify for the $50 New IBO Incentive.• Sponsor a team of IBOs within your first 6

months and get two of these IBOs in at least two legs to qualify for the $50 New IBO Incentive.

• Generate 50 PV in customer volume in the same month that the 2nd leg qualifies – easiest always hit your 50/150.

$200 Balanced Sponsor

To receive the $200 Balanced Sponsor Bonus:

• Earn the $100 First Step Bonus.• Sponsor a team of IBOs within your first 6 months.

Get three of these IBOs in at least three legs to qualify for the $50 New IBO Incentive.

• Any time you place an order for the customer, either ship the product to the customer using the Customer Number or report the sale using the CSA tool.

• Meet the customer volume requirement in the same month that the 3rd leg qualifies

Keep it simple

• Bring every new IBO in with a sales kit so they learn to start selling immediately.

• Teach everyone the importance of generating at least 150 PV in a month with as much of the volume as possible coming from customer sales.

• Encourage IBOs to take the Selling 101: Getting Started curriculum on The Learning Center.

• Make sure the Customer Number is associated with all customer orders. Use CSA if the order is not placed by or shipped to the customer.
