First meeting – small talk.

Greeting. Licence for moderation. Working times, working rooms. Rough working plan.
Introduce each other: Groups of three interview each other, then two of them introduce the third to the plenum. May be completed by the person concerned.
Institution: Everybody chooses one of the pictures of houses, sticks it on a flipchart and uses this to describe his/her institution.
Discussion about commons, differences in the understanding and applications of systemic social work.
