    1. Application forms for the Ohio Distinguished Law Enforcement Service Award must be received no later than May 29, 2009

    Criminal Identification and Investigation, Buckeye State Sheris Association, Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police, Inc.,Ohio Department of Education, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Fraternal Order of Police of Ohio, the National Order of BlackLaw Enforcement Ocials, a representative of the public, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the U.S. Marshals Service.
