 1.HULL WORK - the steel is cut, shaped and assembled into block in accordance with the design, Normally 150~200 blocks are required to assemble one ship.  2.TRANSPORTING - The equipment to transport block to the work place.  3.FITTING WORK - block undergoes fitting and painting work in shelter house.  4.DOCK WORK - Blocks are assembled in the dock. After assembling all block the dock is filled with the sea-water for launching the ship.  5.QUAY - The work -place for fitting works after launching, and Various on-board tests are carried out before sea-trial. HMD has 2.6Km long quay.
