– Submit AQIP application -- January 3, 2005 – Obtain Higher Learning Commission
Institutional Actions Council approval -- February 2005
Institutional Self-Assessment (AQIP Examiner?):
– Administer survey – November 22, 2004– Receive returned report – December 2004– Establish AQIP Leadership Team and/or
Strategy Forum Team – January 15, 2005– Interpret report, include quality-
knowledgeable outside consultant – February 15, 2005
– Identify tentative Action Projects – March 15, 2005
Strategy Forum:
– Complete Strategy for Action Workbook – April 15, 2005
– Complete homework for Strategy Forum (review other institutions’ Action Project proposals, prepare display materials) – May 15, 2005
