Rebate Offer Requirements

1. Rebates must be submitted by the consumer. Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a sales invoice from a

participating authorized dealer dated October 1, 2012 – March 31, 2013. All submissions must be postmarked on or before April 15, 2013. No late submissions will be accepted.

3. AGA Marvel is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged claim forms or postage due. 4. Please note that incomplete claims will not be processed. 5.
